Who receives the message?

The website owner enters one business recipient number in Settings → BriefGo. All services and cards use it. The visitor sends from their own WhatsApp account.

Save the settings and use the test link to check the actual business account. A valid number format does not confirm that a WhatsApp account exists.

Recipient setup guide
What can visitors enter?

A service is required. Preferred time and a note are optional. The limits are 120 Unicode characters for preferred time and 300 for the note.

The business can configure up to 20 services, with names up to 80 characters.

Does BriefGo make a booking?

No. Preferred time is a request that the business confirms in the conversation. BriefGo has no booking calendar, payment processing or request inbox.

Does it confirm that the message was sent?

No. Opening WhatsApp does not confirm sending or delivery. BriefGo receives no delivery notification from WhatsApp.

Why does the website demo only copy text?

The demo is a safe way to explore the message preview without a configured recipient. It does not open WhatsApp or send a message.

The installed WordPress plugin opens the business recipient configured by the website owner.

Try the text demo
What if copying fails?

Select the preview and use the browser’s normal copy action. Clipboard permission and availability depend on the browser.

Why have my saved settings not appeared?

Clear the page and CDN caches after changes. Check the published page again, including its displayed recipient and services.

Does the plugin save visitor requests?

BriefGo prepares the request in the visitor’s browser and does not save it in WordPress or send it to a BriefGo server. When the visitor opens WhatsApp, the number and prepared text pass through a URL and may appear in browser history.

Where is the WordPress.org support forum?

BriefGo is not currently listed in the Plugin Directory. A dedicated directory forum will be linked when the plugin is published there.

The author’s public profile is available for identity and activity. It is not a dedicated BriefGo forum or a direct message channel.
